The Office of Community Care is Hosting Back to School Fair

The annual MLK Back to School Festival will be taking place on Saturday, Aug. 13, 2022, from 9 to 11 a.m at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center.

Students will be receiving free school supplies, backpacks and other school-related necessities. This drive-through event is a partnership with over twenty community partners which hope to serve 1,000 families.

How to Register 

Registration is free and required to attend the festival. No ID is required. Students must be in grades Pre-K to 12th grade. No walkups will be allowed-you must be in a car to receive items. For more information, please visit

How to Become a Donor  

If you are interested in donating supplies, please deliver them to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
