Citywide Internet & Network Maintenance

DALLAS – All Internet services, inbound and outbound, will be offline starting Wednesday, Dec. 13 at 8 p.m. to Thursday, Dec. 14 at 5 a.m. to perform a planned upgrade of the City’s main network. 

During the upgrade, all City services including GIS, 311 Services, Building Services, phone communications, all external and internal internet traffic, and all websites including DallasCityHall.com and DallasPolice.net, will be unavailable.

9-1-1 calls will come into the 9-1-1 call center as normal. Runs will be dispatched through the radio system.

The 311 call system will be dormant during this time.
