Trinity Parkway team will ask for citizen input before Council vote

The Transportation and Trinity River Project Committee has asked for public input before bringing the proposal to the full council for a vote. Current plans include a park access road or a highway reliever road. The City Manager was directed to form a team to determine possible actions necessary to implement the Charrette Report findings.

During May and June 2015, several local public forums were conducted around the city to gather input on the 20 ideas in the Charrette Report. Several hundred citizen comments were received and the input was shared with the Technical Team and Trinity Parkway Advisory Committee members.
