Register in advance to listen to Council Committee Meetings

The City of Dallas is encouraging the general public to register in advance to listen to City Council Committee meetings, as a way to safely learn about ongoing city business while preventing the spread of COVID-19.
Residents who wish to listen to upcoming Council Committee meetings by phone may do so by registering online at  https://tthm.wufoo.com/forms/city-of-dallas-teletownhall-registration-form/  to receive a telephone call at the start of the meeting. The meeting will also be available in Spanish using a simulcast.

The meeting will be streamed on Spectrum Cable Channel 95 and bit.ly/cityofdallastv.

Those who did not register in advance can still listen to the meeting by dialing 1-888-410-3427 for English and 1-844-881-1317 for Spanish translation.

The Dallas City Council Agenda Meeting scheduled at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, will not have advance registration. Again, the public may watch on Spectrum Cable Channel 95 and online bit.ly/cityofdallastv. Public speakers must come in person to City Hall.

Please note that the City Secretary’s Office hosts a webpage that shows posted meetings and their agendas. The page updates daily and indicates if the meeting will be held via teleconference. You may view that website here.
