City of Dallas releases 2023 Community Survey

Check your mailbox to see if you were chosen to participate in the City of Dallas Community Survey. The City of Dallas is looking for feedback on how it delivers services to its residents.

The 2023 Community Survey will be mailed to randomly selected households. The City of Dallas is partnering with ETC Institute to administer the survey. ETC selects participating households at random and will ensure at least 100 responses are collected from each City Council district. The survey aims to assess resident satisfaction with the delivery of major city services and understand community priorities regarding City services. Surveys will be mailed out in English and Spanish.

Survey results will be available in June and results will be posted on dallascityhall.com. To view results from previous years, click here.
