City of Dallas network restored

City of Dallas network is fully restored. DWU and 311 services are back to regular operations The Dallas City Council meeting that was scheduled for April 19 was canceled. More information will be released when it becomes available.
DALLAS – The City of Dallas is experiencing a network outage and we are unsure about when service will be restored. Therefore, the April 19, 2023 Dallas City Council Meeting has been cancelled.
The City’s IT Department and its managed network provider are aware of the issue and working diligently to resolve as quickly as possible. The City of Dallas’ network issue is affecting all City departments, including 311 and Dallas Water Utilities.
911 calls have not been impacted at this time.
The network outage is impacting Dallas Water Utilities’ online payment platform. Customers can go directly to epay.dallascityhall.com to make an online payment via ACH only. The Water Customer Service IVR is not available for phone payments. For alternative Dallas Water Utilities payment locations, please visit https://bit.ly/37Se9vQ
311 continues to experience issues with phone calls, the Our Dallas app and online portal. Customers experience intermittent issues when calling 311. Some callers may get through to an agent. However but the ability to assist customers is limited due to the network issues.
