Innovative hub for entrepreneurs to open this spring in South Dallas/Fair Park

A new center to help local entrepreneurs start, build, and grow companies is set to open this spring in Fair Park.

Mayor Mike Rawlings and Councilmember Tiffinni Young announced plans to open the Fair Park Entrepreneur Center: The District, at the corner of Malcolm X and Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.

“The District is a project that is significant to our GrowSouth efforts in the South Dallas/Fair Park area,” said Mayor Mike Rawlings. “I am excited about the long-term impact, as well as the value this initiative will have throughout Dallas and beyond.”

The Fair Park Entrepreneur Center will be a business incubator and co-working space based on the model of and formed in partnership with the Dallas Entrepreneur Center. This will be the sixth location for the Dallas Entrepreneur Center.
