Dallas voted Best International Skyline

KERA reports that the City of Dallas has been named “Best International Skyline” in an online contest sponsored by the travel website USA Today/10Best. Dallas’ highly recognizable skyline, seen around the world in the hit TV series “Dallas” got the most votes, with Chicago in second place.
Other competitors included Seattle, Paris, Kuala Lumpur and Rio de Janeiro. A panel of architects selected the 20 cities and readers were given a month to vote. Rio was third and Toronto and New York rounded out the top five.
