Dallas Residents Eligible for FEMA Assistance

As a reminder, residents may apply for disaster assistance multiple ways:
- Go online to https://www.disasterassistance.gov/
- Download the FEMA App for mobile devices.
- Call the FEMA helpline at 800-621-3362 between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Help is available in most languages.
- Visit any Disaster Recovery Center
Disaster Recovery Site at West Dallas Multipurpose Center:
- Beginning July 22nd, hours of operation will be 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- The West Dallas Multipurpose Center DRC will close permanently on Friday, July 26th
- At these sites, residents can meet with representatives from FEMA and the Small Business Administration (SBA) to discuss available disaster recovery resources, apply for assistance, or follow up on open cases.
Disaster Recovery Site at Dallas College Mountain View Campus:
- Closed on Sunday, July 28th
- Beginning July 29th, hours of operation will be 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Disaster Survivor Assistance Teams continue to work in neighborhoods throughout the City of Dallas to assist residents that may be unable to access one of the above application options.
The deadline to apply for individual assistance is August 15th.
