Dallas 311 enhancements scheduled for Dec. 17

Dallas 311 is excited to announce the 311 online portal and mobile app are undergoing a significant redesign to provide residents with a fresh and improved experience.  Most importantly, both platforms will soon be available in Spanish.

Both the 311 online portal and Dallas 311 mobile app are tentatively scheduled to be offline Sunday, December 17 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Residents are encouraged to call 3-1-1 during this time to submit service requests.
