Coming to your mailbox: the 2022 Community Survey

Check your mailbox to see if you were chosen to complete the community survey. The City of Dallas is looking for feedback on how it delivers services to its residents.

“I am proud of Dallas’ hard-working, dedicated staff, and understand the City has room for growth. We strive to improve and are not afraid to ask our customers how we’re doing,” said City Manager TC Broadnax. “This is where you come in.”

The 2022 Community Survey, which is sent out biannually, will be mailed to randomly selected households. The City of Dallas is partnering with Allied Supply Chain Support and Services, Inc. to administer the survey. The purpose of the survey is to assess resident satisfaction with the delivery of major city services, help improve the quality of city services, and determine priorities for the community.

Questions will be divided into categories including perceptions of the city, characteristics of the city, growth, perceptions of safety, and more. All responses will remain anonymous.

Surveys will be mailed out in English and Spanish, with additional languages online in Vietnamese and Chinese. The survey can be returned by mail or taken online. Mailings and follow-up phone calls will give randomly selected households reminders to complete the survey.

The surveys must be completed by April 29. Results will be posted in June on dallascityhall.com. To view results from previous years, click here.
