Video: Here’s a look at what’s going on in Your City

Among the stories featured on this week’s Your City:

• This Your City shows the newly extended DART Blue Line. Up until recently, the line ended at Ledbetter Station. The two new stations are Camp Wisdom Station and UNT Dallas Station, so students can now use DART to get to UNT Dallas and UNT in Denton.

 

• Dallas Fire-Rescue and Dallas Police Department will receive up to $1.5 million dollars in grant funding. The three-year grant will partner specially trained and equipped paramedics, police officers and mental health experts to respond as a team to safely and effectively manage patients experiencing behavioral emergencies.
• The Dallas Public Library is collecting backpacks with new or gently used winter supplies and clothing. The backpacks will be given to adults experiencing homelessness in Dallas.
