Inspire Dallas NeighborhoodPlus Plan

The City of Dallas’ Office of Planning & Neighborhood Vitality (PNV) City staff working on the InspireDallas Neighborhood Plus initiative briefed the City Council earlier this week, outlining solutions to help end poverty. The goal of the Neighborhood Plus Plan is to create and promote healthy, sustainable neighborhoods throughout Dallas. The briefing addressed solutions over the next five to 20 years. City Manager A.C. Gonzalez launched the initiative last year.
