Employee Spotlight: Aviation employee delivers woman’s lost suitcase

Driving 20 miles to personally deliver a lost bag is all in a day’s work for Department of Aviation Employee Demontre Allen.

After an Arlington woman called the Love Field Airport Communication after realizing that she left her suitcase on an airport AirServe wheelchair shuttle, Allen quickly ran outside and found the bag.  Learning that the woman was new to the DFW area and had no way of getting back to Love Field to retrieve the bag, he drove to her house after he got off work that night.

Thanks to Demontre’s compassionate effort, she was reunited with her suitcase.
