DWU team taps to first place at Texas Water Works Conference

The Dallas Water Utilities Distribution Division Tapping Team tapped their way to first place during the recent 2014 Texas American Water Works Association conference held at the Anatole Hotel in Dallas.

The team defeated six other Texas cities, returning the title to Dallas, where it had been absent for 22 years. From left are: Assistant Director Randy Payton, Water Distribution Employees/Team Members Alex Sanchez, Shaun Kimberling, Rene Alcantar and Adam Hewitt, and Team Sponsor Chris Smith.
