CITY HALL PARKING GARAGE ACCESS
Please be advised, a special event is happening on City Hall Plaza and throughout the Central Business District and Deep Ellum on Saturday, Nov. 4. The walk starts at 9 a.m. at Dallas City Hall Plaza. Projected attendance is 4,000 people. Road closures related to this special event will impact traffic around Dallas City Hall, Deep Ellum and surrounding downtown areas.
Access to the City Hall Garage will be from the Young Street entrance.
