3-1-1:
Customer Service Representatives will be available to take service-related urgent calls such as water main breaks, downed trees/limbs, signal lights out/down, animal control, etc. All other call center customer/account service operations will be closed. Routine service requests may be placed using the OurDallas mobile app or  DallasCityHall.com.

Animal Services:
Animal Services Officers will be available to respond to emergency calls placed thru 311. DAS will continue conducting virtual adoptions and curbside pet pickups by appointment through the holiday weekend. Once the application has been reviewed, you’ll be notified via email and asked to schedule an appointment between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. to speak with an adoption counselor over the phone who will help you finalize your adoption and get you scheduled for an appointment to pick up your new pet. The Everyday Adoption Center at 16821 N. Coit Road is currently closed due to COVID.
