Center for Performance Excellence Welcomes International Visitors

The City of Dallas Center for Performance Excellence welcomed visitors from Indonesia as part of the State Department’s International Visitors Leadership Program.

The International Visitors Leadership Program is a premier exchange program which invites existing and emerging leaders from around the world to meet with and learn from professional counterparts in the United States. The program is a part of citizen diplomacy and helps foster good foreign relations.

The State Department designated the topic for the visit as “Internal Performance Management and Financial Transparency.” City staff were delighted to share information on how they identify and share local government management research and improvement practices in performance measurement and financial transparency.

Following the learning session, our special visitors toured City Hall and were presented a certificate of honorary Dallas citizenship.
