2017 Expunction Expo to be held April 29

The Dallas Expunction Expo will be held April 29 at the Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church, 1101 Reverend C.B.T. Smith St. Participants will learn about the expunction process, speak with an attorney, determine eligibility and connect with community organizations and social service agencies.

Only Dallas County arrests can be considered for expunctions and Juvenile arrest records are not eligible for expunction. Individuals interested in expunction must have attended the March 4 prequalification seminar. The free event is being presented by CouncilmemberTiffinni Young, District Attorney Faith Johnson and District Clerk Felicia Pitre.
