Visitors to the Dallas Public Library can now read their favorite magazines for free with the new Flipster App and their library card. Flipster offers top magazines designed for easy readability on mobile devices.

Customers can access the content anywhere and download magazines to their Android or I-phones, tablets and Kindle Fire for offline reading with the free App or visit http://dallaslibrary2.org/services/ebooks/ to read or download magazines with their library card.
