Students invited to apply for Spring photojournalism program

Aspiring high school journalists and photojournalists are invited to apply for the Spring session of the Dallas Public Library and The Dallas Morning News “Storytellers Without Borders” journalism program. New this year is a photojournalism section at the Morning News offices, with professional photojournalists teaching visual storytelling techniques. The Spring “Storytellers Without Borders” journalism program will be held at three Dallas Public Library locations. Students will learn writing, interviewing, and photography techniques, and have the opportunity to participate in a press conference with Mayor Mike Rawlings. The application deadline for the journalism program is January 24.
