Has the library impacted your life? If so, the Dallas Public Library (DPL) wants you to share your stories on the IMLS Facebook page.  The Library is a 2016 National Medal for Museum and Library Service finalist, the nation’s highest honor for extraordinary public service and service as valuable community anchors.

“We have over 20 posts so far,” said Jasmine Africawala Kallenberg, DPLs Adult Services Administrator. “We’re pleased with the response, but are always looking for input on our programs and services.”

The Library is committed to inform, entertain, enrich and foster self-learning by extending access to its collections, services, and facilities to all. Library services focus on customer expectations and needs, reflecting a broad spectrum of ideas that reflect the diversity of the communities it serves.
