Celebrating National Customer Service Week 2025
(October 6, 2025) The City of Dallas celebrates National Customer Service Week! Each year, the first full week of October marks National Customer Service Week, an international celebration that recognizes the vital role of customer service and the people who deliver it every day. Established by the U.S. Congress in 1992, this week highlights the dedication of those who ensure positive and meaningful interactions with the public.
At the City of Dallas, this week’s theme is, Recognition: You Make the Mission Possible. We’re proud to honor our employees who exemplify outstanding customer service—both to our residents and to one another. Their commitment helps strengthen our community and improve the quality of life for everyone who calls Dallas home.
This year, we celebrate the efforts of our team in customer service. We always look towards innovating areas to improve workplace culture. That mission is to improve recognition culture, continue efforts of enhancing the work environment, and always strive for excellence in the customer experience at the City of Dallas.
