Celebrate the cooler weather and join the City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department’s annual fall carnival at City Hall Plaza Saturday, October 19. From 4 to 8 p.m., pumpkins will fill City Hall’s reflection pool for “Pumpkins on the Plaza.”
The free, family-friendly event will include activities, entertainment and food trucks for all to enjoy. There will also be a limited amount of free parking available.
