OurDallas Mobile App rolls out Oct. 8
The new OurDallas mobile app will be available Oct. 8! It’s part of the City of Dallas’ plan to upgrade core applications to provide high-quality service for our residents. In addition to a new mobile app, the City unveiled a new 311 website that works on all major browsers, including Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari. Protip: It even works on your smartphone browser.
Once it’s fully implemented, residents using the old 311 mobile app will be directed to the new OurDallas app available on the App Store and Google Play.
