B.R.A.I.N. programs to be at all libraries by October

The Dallas Business Resource and Information Network, (B.R.A.l.N.) ,  a collaboration between the Dallas Public Library (DPL) and the Office of Economic Development (OED) will offer small business referral services at all library locations this October.

Initial programs were offered from the Central Library, and in the first year were expanded to host programs at the Highland Hills Branch location. The goal of the network is to offer faster access to startup and expansion resources to small business entrepreneurs while making city services more transparent for easier regulatory compliance.
