DWU Billing payment system restored

The City of Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) billing system is now restored.  Customers can now make payments by phone at (214) 651-1441, online at epay.dallascityhall.com, in person at the Dallas City Hall lobby (1500 Marilla Street – Room 2D South), or at any Fidelity Express pay station location.

 If you were not able to make a payment during this outage, please rest assured DWU will not disconnect water services or charge late fees to affected customers. Customers will have enough time to make payments and/or make payment arrangements.  Thank you for your patience during this outage.

Update

The City of Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) billing system has been experiencing technical difficulties since Wednesday, December 4. Customer payments cannot be made online or by telephone during this time.

Customers may make payments in person at the lobby at Dallas City Hall, 1500 Marilla, 2DS or at any Fidelity Express pay station location.

If you are not able to make a payment, please rest assured DWU will not disconnect water services or charge late fees to affected customers. Once the system is available, customers will have enough time to make payments and/or make payment arrangements.

The City is working to restore and validate the billing system. Once the system is available, all communication channels will be updated with the appropriate information. Thank you for your patience as we work to bring the billing system online.
