The City offers its libraries as warming stations during the winter storm
The City of Dallas wants all our residents to be safe during the February 2022 cold weather. Residents who need relief from the extreme cold are welcome to visit the following Library facilities for temporary relief from the cold.
Please call ahead to ensure that the location of your choosing is open.
