Residents encouraged to dial 311 during planned system update
The OurDallas mobile app and 311 website will be offline for a planned system upgrade from 10 a.m. on Sunday, December 8 to midnight on Monday, December 9. Once installed, the new system will provide Code Compliance with a comprehensive case management system, allowing Code Compliance to the following more efficiently:
- Provide residents with additional service request details and increased transparency
- Track inspections and attempted inspections
- Manage liens related to Nuisance Abatements
- Use City resources
This planned outage will impact Salesforce CRM, the OurDallas mobile app and 311 website. The 311 Call Center will be operational during this time so residents should call 311 to submit a service request. Alerts will be placed on the OurDallas mobile app and City’s service request website notifying users of the scheduled outages. Access is expected to be restored after all required system testing is complete.
Dallas 311 is used to receive calls from residents, actively listen to their concerns and, based upon their situation, determine which service request(s) would best suit their needs. To learn more about Dallas 311 click here.
