Planned System Outage
The City of Dallas’ Salesforce CRM System will be taken offline on Friday, March 29 for scheduled maintenance for approximately 48 hours. The outage will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 29 and is expected to last through 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 31.
This planned outage will impact the OurDallas mobile app and 311 website. The 311 Call Center will be operational during this time so residents should call 3-1-1 to submit a service request.
