Dallas Executive to hold public hearing on Airport Environmental Assessment

The public is invited to provide input into a proposed Environmental Assessment (EA) for improvements at Dallas Executive Airport. The public hearing and open house will be held on Thursday, October 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Thurgood Marshall Recreation Center, 5150 Mark Trail Way, Dallas, TX 75232.

The hearing will address proposed actions and potential economic, social, and environmental impacts resulting from those actions, and the project’s consistency with the goals and objectives of the affected area’s land use or planning strategy.

The draft EA can be viewed at www.dallasexecairport.com. Copies are also available at the following locations:

Comments on the draft EA may be submitted verbally or in writing during the public hearing. Written comments must be received by 5 p.m. October 17, 2016 by mail or email to Darrell Phillips, Manager, Department of Aviation, Dallas Executive Airport, 5303 Challenger Drive, Dallas, TX 75237.
